Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Simply show your booking confirmation (mobile or printed) to the guide at pickup. Your entry tickets will be provided on the spot. A valid photo ID (such as a passport or national ID) may be required for verification. Travelers must have a valid Egyptian visa in order to travel from Sharm El-Sheikh to Cairo. Please make sure your visa is arranged in advance, as the Sinai-only visa is not sufficient for this tour.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from all hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh. Pickup usually starts about 1 hour before departure, depending on your hotel location. Please be ready at your hotel reception or designated meeting point at the confirmed time. You will receive your exact pickup time via email or WhatsApp the evening before the tour. Guests must have a valid Egyptian visa (the Sinai-only visa is not sufficient) to travel to Cairo.
