Redemption Instructions

• Please provide (Odyssey DMC) with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.The pick up time indicated on the web page is an approximation only. Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • The duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight. • Please note: During the Islamic holidays / Ramadan fasting month ,there will be a restriction on live entertainment and serving alcohol throughout the UAE. Therefore the cruise will be operated without these entertainments during these days. • Tour Language - English • The morning Dubai City tour pickup will be between 07:30 AM - 08:00 AM. After the city tour, you will be dropped back to the hotel. Later, for the evening Canal Dhow Cruise, the pickup will be between 17:00 PM - 17:30 PM. • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 preventative measures, Dubai Museum is still closed and in this case we have photo stops at “Palm West Beach with Marina/Ain Dubai, Zabeel Palace and Burj Khalifa.”

Pickup Information

• Your centrally located Dubai hotels only • For guest staying in any Private Residence or Villas in Dubai , pick up can be arranged from any nearby hotels. • Pick up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in City limit) are available only with additional cost upon request based on your location. • For Transit guest, pick up can be arranged from any nearby Airport Hotels ( without luggage) >> Departure time : - • The morning Dubai City tour pickup will be between 07:30 AM - 08:00 AM. After the city tour, you will be dropped back to the hotel. Later, for the evening Canal Dhow Cruise, the pickup will be between 17:00 PM - 17:30 PM.
