We kindly ask for your flexibility and cooperation with any updated reporting times provided by the operator. Any changes or delays will be communicated to you in real time via WhatsApp. Kindly ensure your WhatsApp is active and accessible on the day of your tour. Pickup is available only from centrally located hotels in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown, Marina, and Al Barsha areas). For other locations, guests may be asked to come to a nearby hotel or a common meeting point.

Transfer Timings & Pick-up Information – Shared Dubai Tours Pick-up Time: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (depending on hotel location) Pickup Vehicle: Air-conditioned van, coach, or bus depending on the number of guests. Pick-up & Drop-off Locations Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, and nearby areas. No Shared Pick-up From: JLT, JVC, Discovery Gardens, Nad Al Sheba, JA Hotels & Resorts, Expo Hotels, Motor City, The Greens, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Damac Hills, and locations outside Dubai city limits. Please note: Pick-up timings may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on location and traffic conditions. JBR hotel pickups may experience additional delays during morning hours due to heavy traffic. Kindly be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Transfer Guidelines Stay available for updates as timings may change due to traffic conditions.
