Redemption Instructions

You do not need to print your ticket. Simply present your Viator confirmation (mobile or printed) to our guide at the time of pickup. Once your booking is confirmed, a representative will contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email by 8:00 PM the day before your tour to reconfirm pickup time and location. If you haven’t received a message by then, please contact support team or the dedicated contact mentioned on the ticket. Important: Please be ready in the hotel lobby or pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Failure to show up on time may result in a missed tour without refund.

Pickup Information

Hotel pickup is included from centrally located hotels in Dubai City (Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha, Marina, JBR, and JLT). If your hotel is outside this area, we will coordinate a convenient meeting point nearby. Pickup Time: You will be contacted via WhatsApp, phone, or email the evening prior to confirm your exact pickup time (between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM). Shared Tour Notice: Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to ensure smooth group coordination. No-Show Policy: Guests not present at the pickup location on time will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. Airport & Cruise Terminal Pickup: Not included, but available at an additional charge—please inquire in advance. Drop-Off Location: Guests can choose between return to the hotel or optional drop-off at Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa area (great for continued sightseeing).
