Pickup Information

Pickup is available from most hotels and residences in Dubai; please provide your full address and contact number for confirmation. For guests staying in apartments or villas, a designated meeting point may be assigned. Pickup time will be confirmed after booking; please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Travelers staying outside Dubai city limits (e.g., Sharjah, Ajman, or Ras Al Khaimah) may need to arrange a central pickup point or pay an additional fee. Airport pickup/drop-off is not included unless pre-arranged.
