Redemption Instructions
For self arrival customer: Please check‐in at the departure point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time (5.30PM) If customer book Hotel Pick Up option (with transfer option), please get ready at your hotel lobby at 3.30PM. Embark/Disembark: - Admiral Marina & Leisure Club – Assemble at Splash Bar, Admiral Marina & Leisure Club or - Lexis Hibiscus – Assemble at Platinum Charters hospitality desk located in Lexis Hibiscus hotel lobby. Please present e-Voucher and your IC/ passport to redeem upon check-in. Main Traveller's name must be the same as your IC/ passport; incorrect names may cause invalidation of redemption.
