Pick-Up & Drop-Off Information Complimentary pick-up and drop-off is available from most hotels in Dubai city and from Dubai Port (Cruise Terminal). Shared vehicle pick-up is not available from: Bab Al Shams Nad Al Sheba Dubai Silicon Oasis Motor City Expo City Hotels Jebel Ali Hotels ➤ Guests from these locations can pay extra or upgrade to private transfers (available at an additional cost). Sharjah and Ajman Pick-Up: Pick-up is available from Sharjah and Ajman for an additional charge. Alternatively, guests may choose to meet at a designated Dubai meeting point.
