Important information about Desert Safari and safely measures: • Your safari Agent is an ISO:9001:2008 quality certified company all our services meet international standards. The safari is done only with specially configured SUVs which will have built -in roll over protection bars and all safari guides are specially trained and do carry a special license to do the dune bashing • Not recommended for participants with serious heart complaints, expecting mothers, Infants(less than two year) may take the option of soft dune drive. However not operated in case of a desert storm or rain. • There will be a restriction on live entertainment Belly dance , Fire show, Tanoura dance) and serving alcohol throughout the UAE during the below Islamic holidays. Therefore the Safari will be operated without these entertainments and serving of alcohol at the camp site during these days. The same is applicable during Ramadan fasting month, Ascension day Arafat (Haj) Day Al Hijri Islamic New Year Milad Un Nabi the Birthday of Prophet Mohammad. The dates are based on lunar calender and cannot be pre-advised. • You are booked on sharing basis hence all the co participants must cooperate with each other during the desert safari. Priority must be given for senior citizens for the front seats. Parents with children who are less than 12 years are only allowed to sit in rear seat as per the UAE Law. Driver will be the master of the roaster in allocating the seats. Alternatively the co-passengers must sort out among themselves by shifting equal time on the preferred seats. No prior request for the seats will be entertained since everyone pay the same. Anyone who does not agree to the seating allocation may request for an exclusive jeep by paying the supplementary charges directly. • During major exhibitions, events and hotels at the construction areas where the roads are expected to be blocked/diverted in such situations the affected hotel's guest will be requested to come to a close-by area, so that traffic jam may be avoided. • Guest staying in at other Emirates, Jebel Ali and Discovery garden areas, Dubai Investment Park (DIP) are requested to come to Marina mall unless the booking is for a minimum of 2 guest. • Guest are requested to carry light woolen clothes and windbreakers during November to April months. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended

PICKUP DETAILS Pickup start from 1345 hrs to 1500 hrs depends on the hotel location. Complimentary Pick up from hotels in Dubai, hotel apartments and centrally located residences in Dubai, hotels in Sharjah. Pickup offered from Dubai international airport area hotels. Door to door pickup offered from 650 hotels in Dubai. The guest staying at other Emirates such as Sharjah, Ajman, Umm AL Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah may please report at Ibis Deira city centre hotel. Guest at Abu Dhabi hotels please report at Dubai Marina Mall Entrance or Marina Mall Entrance for pick up. If minimum number of guests is 3 or above, pick up is offered is from Jebel Ali Hotel, upto 2 persons must report to Dubai marina area or any centrally located hotels. Guest staying at marketplaces Naif, Baraha, Gold souk report to Hyatt Place Baniyas due to heavy traffic. No pickup is offered from hotels or locations in Dubai South, Furjan, Al Qudra area if the number of persons is less than 3.
