Redemption Instructions

This is a direct entry ticket. No physical ticket exchange is required. Please present your mobile or printed Viator voucher to the driver at the time of hotel pickup. Pickup will be arranged from your hotel or selected location in Dubai or Sharjah. The exact pickup time will be confirmed on the day of the tour via WhatsApp or email. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Pickup Information

• Pickup is available from all hotels and accommodations in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, and Al Barsha. • Pickup is available also from Sharjah • For guests staying in private apartments, villas, or Airbnb, pickup will be arranged via What's app. • Pickup time is usually between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on your location. The exact pickup time will be confirmed on the day of the tour via WhatsApp or email. • Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. • Shared pickup is included; private pickup can be arranged upon request (subject to availability). • Drop-off will be at your hotel or the original pickup location after the tour.
