Pickup Information

Pickup is available from all major hotels and residences in Dubai City. Guests staying in Dubai Airport Hotels will be picked up from nearby hotel. For guests staying at Dubai Marina, JLT, JBR, or Palm Jumeirah, pickup time will be confirmed on the day of the tour. Port Rashid Cruise Terminal: Make sure to mention your cruise name and terminal number when booking Pickup times are approximate and may be adjusted due to Dubai traffic conditions. Guests are requested to be ready at their hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup. Seasonal Pickup Timings: Winter (Nov–Feb) 1:45–2:30 PM; Summer (Mar–Oct) 2:30–3:30 PM; Peak Summer up to 4:30 PM. Pickup outside Dubai city limits (e.g., JA Hotels, Expo City, Dubailand, Nad Al Sheba, Arabian Ranches, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah) can be arranged with extra charges or by upgrading to a private vehicle.
