Redemption Instructions
• Please provide your preferred means of communication (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Call) and your hotel room number, if known.* (We will have to communicate with you for pickup time updates few hours before the tour) • For ‘Dress Code’ the choice is yours. You may wear casual light clothes & shorts • Please note, if you have a flight on the day of the tour then please inform the supplier the day before. • For the sharing tour the pick-up time will be within 30-45 minutes of your selected-default pick-up time. Eg: If booked time is 2.30 PM then you can expect the safari captain from 2.30 to 3.15 PM. • The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times.
