Redemption Instructions

Guests who have selected quad bike add-on have to sign an Indemnity Form before commencing this activity. Quad biking segment is solely the participant’s responsibility. Guests are recommended to take precautions when driving as any damage, injuries sustained, or items lost during quad biking are not covered by insurance. Pickup Instructions: • You are requested to either wait inside the hotel lobby or at your hotel room. Once your driver arrives, he will come in the lobby to collect you. • Pick-up time may vary depending on the location of the hotel and traffic, so please allow up to 45 minutes for your guide to reach your location. • If there is any change, you will be notified by email. Items to Carry: • Hats, camera & sunscreen • Water bottles • Please carry a light sweater during the winter months • Casual, loose-fitting clothes are recommended in the summer • Guests are advised to wear covered footwear during hotter days
