Please do call us at least 48 hours prior to the tour date or by sending email us in order to reconfirm the pick up time since the hotel pick up time is depend on the location of your hotel in Dubai Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. Important Note: From 19 April 2025 till 30 Sep 2025. Dubai Fountains show will go under maintenance. And will not be available.

Pickup Information

1. Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel during the pick up time. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby. 2. In case if you are at port kindly wait in the waiting hall of the port reception during the pick up time. 3. Pick up time commence 30 minutes prior to the activity starts.
