Redemption Instructions

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking • Pregnant ladies and also those with back pains, neck pains  and Heart problems are not allowed. • Dress Code: the choice is yours. You may wear casuals like light cloths & shorts with slippers, sport shoes or sandals, during Desert Safari. However, we recommend you wear sports shoes so you can be able to practice the sandboarding safely and if you are not  planning to practice the sandboarding we recommend to wear slippers/sandals so as to feel the soothing soft sands. • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum age is 4 • Not wheelchair accessible Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Complimentary pickup is available from Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman hotels, apartments, and Cruise terminal Dubai ( Port Rashid ). Pickup from Dubai Airport available from Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available with an additional fee.
