Pickup Information

Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, apartments, cruise terminals, and other centrally located locations in Abu Dhabi. Pickup is not available from Dubai. Guests staying outside the standard pickup area may be asked to meet at a nearby designated pickup point. Please provide your hotel name or pickup location at the time of booking. The exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before the tour via WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup times may vary slightly depending on traffic and your location.
