Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You will receive a text with the name and number of your driver the night before your pickup. Please be ready at your specified pickup time. If you've failed to provide your pickup location and time, please message us as soon as possible. If you require a car seat or booster seat for your child, we are able to provide at an additional $25 each. Please call the car service once your booking is confirmed to add the child seat and arrange payment.
