Redemption Instructions

Have your email confirmation available on your smartphone or have a printed copy of your boarding pass with you. Check-in will take place at the SunVenture Cruises kiosk on the Heron Harbor boardwalk. Please make sure to check in with a crew member 45 minutes prior to the excursion start time. Please note, onsite and surrounding parking is owned and operated by 3rd party organizations, not SunVenture Cruises. Parking onsite at Heron Harbor varies between $10-$30 per car and utilizes the Premium Parking app for payment. Parking across the street at 299 Harbor Blvd. is $5 per car and utilizes the Passport Parking app. We recommend downloading these apps in advance if you plan to park at either of these locations. Any fees or fines associated with parking at Heron Harbor or at surrounding locations are not being imposed by SunVenture Cruises, but by the owner of the properties themselves. General Reminders - Alcohol can be brought on board - no glass, please! Small coolers are allowed as long as they fit beneath your seat. - Hats and other items may be blown away during the cruise and therefore should be kept secure at all times. - All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Smoking is not allowed while on board. - SunVenture Cruises is not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damaged items brought on board. - If bad weather approaches during the cruise, our Captains reserve the right to return to the dock early for safety reasons. - Please bring cash with you for onboard purchases and rentals.
