Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Attendance Policy: If the client does not show up (no show) or misses the transportation, they will be required to pay again to reschedule or take the tour on another date. There are no refunds or rescheduling options for no-shows or failures to board the assigned transportation. Thank you for your understanding.

People over 60 years of age are not allowed to snorkel.

Date Change, and No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.
