Our driver will already be waiting for your party in a holding lot and will contact you via phone call or text to make the contact. Once our driver and your party are in contact the driver will simply just need the door # you will be waiting at and the driver will exit the holding lot to pick up your party. Please note that our drivers are fluent in English and Spanish.
