Please bring the e-voucher when joining the tour. If you cancel at least 24 hrs before the activity date, TripGuru will provide a full refund of the price paid at booking. If you cancel less than 24 hrs before the activity date, or if you don’t show up on the Date, no refund.

FOR JOINED TOURS • Enjoy free pick-up and drop-off only for small group tour customers located in the central city of Chiang Mai (within 2km radius of Tha Pae Gate) and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai Province including Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road in zones of the Night Bazaar, Ton Lam Yai Market, and Kad Luang. • The exact pickup time depends on customers’ respective locations. • The driver will contact you the evening before your activity date to confirm the exact pickup time. Please check your email for the update. FOR PRIVATE TOURS • Your accommodation in major areas of downtown Chiang Mai within a 5 km radius of the Tha Pae Gate (Chiang Mai City area), the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai province, and the surrounding areas of the Old City Wall in Chiang Mai province including Chang Klan Road, Thapae Road, Wualai Road in the zones of the Night Bazaar, Ton Lam Yai Market, and Warorot Market (Kad Luang). Your tour guide will be holding a TripGuru sign waiting for you at the hotel lobby.
