Redemption Instructions
Guests are required to make their own way to Devils@Cradle reception. Please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to tour start time and that you have your voucher to present at check-in. General Entry to the sanctuary is included with this tour ticket. Visitors are welcome to wander the sanctuary at their leisure between 9:30am-5pm and can also join one of our Day Keeper Tours. This is an outdoor tour and will take place in ALL weather. Please be prepared for the conditions on the day. Please note that there is uneven ground, steps, natural woodchip paths, platforms, and compacted gravel throughout the sanctuary. Wheelchair access is via reception to the main viewing deck or utilising a side gate leading directly into the sanctuary grounds. Not all parts of the sanctuary are accessible to wheelchairs. However, the staff and tours are flexible and can accommodate most requests with prior organisation.
