• Comfortable clothing and footwear, including a light jacket, hat and sunglasses are highly recommended as well as your camera! All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. To ensure the best sunrise views, pick-up times are early in the morning and will vary through the seasons. Please use the following timings as a guideline when planning your day and preparing for pick-up: September - November: 03:30am - 04:30am December - February: 04:30am - 05:30am March -May: 03:30am - 04:30am Please provide us with your hotel, room number and contact details for us to call you regarding the exact pick-up time. If we are unable to reach you via phone call, we will leave a written message with your reception or tour operator and have it delivered to your room. Due to the nature of the activity, the driver won’t be able to wait should you not be at the designated meeting point on time. If you haven’t received any communication from Hero Balloon Flights Dubai by 06:00 PM the evening before your flight, please check with your reception or tour operator or call +971 4 412 6333. Should weather conditions like strong winds or fog arise, we may change the order of your experience to make it more enjoyable. In this case, we will first shuttle you in Land Rover Defender and when the weather conditions allow, you will then begin your ballooning experience. The sun will already be up by this time, but the views are just as spectacular.
