Meet your guide at the entrance to La Colada Gourmet – the Cuban Coffee House. The guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt with the “Miami Boat Cruises” logo and “Guide” on it. Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. If you miss the tour, there are no refunds as we have strict reservations. Tours depart on time. There are no refunds for late-comers or no-shows If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
