Itinerary
1. You will be walking past the Put windmill. The Put is a replica of the Standerdmolen mill by Jan Jansenzoon Put, dating from 1987.
2. The Rembrandtplaats is a square honoring the birth place of Rembrandt. The statue depicts a young man observing a portrait, inspired by Rembrandt's self-portrait made in his Leiden studio from 1629. You'll be solving a riddle here.
3. You will be walking past the Doelenpoort gate. The Doelenpoort is an old city gate, dating from the 17th century. You will be doing another riddle here.
4. You will be passing by the Pieters cemetary. Time for another riddle!
5. You will walk past the Van der Werf Park. The park was built in 1886, featuring a statue of Pieter Adriaansz. van der Werff in the middle of the park. Another riddle awaits!
6. You will be passing by the Koornbrug. The Koornburg is a fixed stone arch bridge with double roof over the Nieuwe Rijn. The bridge connects the Burgsteeg with the Koornbrugsteeg. You'll be solving the final riddles here.
