Pickup Information

Airport and Hotel Transfer Instructions International Terminal (Arrival) After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage: Proceed to the Exit Gate A3 or A4 Once outside, turn right and walk about 20–30 meters You will see Star Café / Arrival Meeting Area Your driver will be waiting there, holding a welcome board with your name Meeting Point: Outside Arrival Gate A3–A4, right side near Star Café If you cannot find your driver, please stay near the exit area and contact us via WhatsApp or phone Domestic Terminal (Arrival) After collecting your luggage: Walk straight to the Exit Gate Continue straight about 5 meters outside the building Your driver will be waiting in front of the terminal, holding a welcome board with your name Meeting Point: In front of Gate 4, outside the Domestic Terminal If you cannot find your driver, please wait at Star Café and contact us via WhatsApp or phone Hotel Pick-up (Đón tại khách sạn) Your driver will arrive at the hotel 10 minutes before the scheduled time Please wait at the hotel lobby / main entrance The driver will approach you or ask reception for your name If you cannot find your driver, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone Hotel Drop-off (Tiễn tại khách sạn) The driver will drop you off at the hotel lobby or main entrance Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle If you need assistance with luggage, our driver will be happy to help
