Pickup Information

Please provide your WhatsApp, phone number, Line, or Kakaotalk number in advance of the activity. We will inform your pickup time by SMS message or WhatsApp, based on the list of customers joining the tour that day. Please note that an additional pickup surcharge applies to guests staying at resorts located farther from our standard pickup area: VND 200,000/group: Olalani Resort & Condotel, Crowne Plaza Danang, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, and other hotels/resorts located within the same area. VND 300,000/group: KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang, Meliá Danang Beach Resort, Marriott Resort Danang – Non Nuoc Beach Villas, Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Convention Center, Ocean Villas Beach Resort, and other hotels/resorts located within the same area. VND 600,000/group: Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang – Wellness Inclusive, Naman Retreat and resorts further towards Hoi An, including other hotels/resorts located within the same area. The surcharge is per group, not per person.
