Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please provide your preferred means of communication (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Call) and your hotel room number, if known.* (We will have to communicate with you for pickup time updates few hours before the tour) • Long clothes and jackets are recommended during winter • Please note, if you have a flight on the day of the tour then please inform the supplier the day before. • For the sharing tour the pick-up time will be within 30-45 minutes of your selected-default pick-up time. • The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times. 

Pickup Information

Complimentary pick-up is available from Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman hotels, apartments, and Cruise terminals in Dubai ( Port Rashid ) & Dubai Harbour. Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available for an additional fee.
