Redemption Instructions

• Please note: Duration can take up to 17 -18 hours • Please reconfirm the activity with your Tours Operator(Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp)or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • Please provide Odyssey DMC with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time. The pick up time indicated on the web is an approximation only. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • Duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • Delays in hotel pickup may occur due to traffic conditions or due to other clients enroute to your hotel for the public tour. • Please note:During the Islamic holidays/Ramadan fasting month ,there will be a restriction on live entertainment (Belly dance,Tanoura dance) and serving alcohol throughout the UAE. Therefore the Safari will be operated without these entertainments and serving of alcohol at the campsite during these days. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evening. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight. • We shall provide sleeping bags and igloo tents(2 persons per tent).The guests will have to bring their toiletries and some woolen cloths, which can fit in a small carry bag • Due to safety precaution process, please note that we will NOT be conducting Falcon show and Camel riding for all of our off road safari tours from 01 April 2020 .Also with immediate effect as per Dubai Municipality instructions there will be NO Shisha(Arabic water pipe)offered at our Camp site from 12 March 20 until further notice
