Pickup Information
On your travel from the airport to your destination in the city, you will receive a text message with a link to your booking details from Mona Tourism LLC This includes the driver's details and the specific meeting point instructions. If you Pick-up is available from Dubai International Airport (DXB) – Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Upon arrival, travelers will be greeted by the driver holding a name sign at the designated airport meeting point inside the terminal. Please provide your complete flight details (airline, flight number, and arrival time) at the time of booking to ensure smooth coordination. Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes after the flight has landed. If additional waiting time is required due to delays in immigration, customs, or baggage collection, please inform us in advance (charges may apply for extended waiting time). If you are unable to locate the driver, please contact the provided emergency number immediately for assistance. If your driver is late, we kindly ask you to wait for 15 minutes before leaving.
