Redemption Instructions

You will receive your confirmation and mobile voucher via email after booking. Please present the voucher on your mobile device at the time of pickup. Pickup is included from hotels or selected locations in Dubai (as specified in your booking). Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone approximately 30–60 minutes before pickup. Make sure the contact number provided in your reservation is active on WhatsApp so our team can reach you easily on the day of the tour. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Important: Your mobile voucher is your valid entry – no printed ticket required. Please carry a valid photo ID for verification. For a smooth desert adventure, ensure your booking details: hotel name, contact number are accurate. We recommend contacting us in advance via WhatsApp for pickup timing updates. ________________________________________ ⚠️ Important Safety Information Dune bashing is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious medical issues, pregnant women, or children under 3 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infant rates apply only if the infant does not occupy a separate seat. For off-road safety, special child seating is required for younger passengers and must be requested and booked in advance. Children under 2 years are not permitted on dune drives or off-road activities. However, they can wait at the resting area with a guardian while others proceed with the dune bashing activity. Later on, they will be picked up with their group and proceed to the camp site for the remaining activities ________________________________________ Approximate Pickup Timings Winter (Nov – Feb): 1:45 PM – 2:15 PM Summer (Mar – Oct): 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM During peak summer months, pickup may be slightly delayed until 4:15 PM.
