Redemption Instructions

• Pick up time will be advised by the customer according to there flight time.We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3.5 hours prior ( from Dubai hotels) to the plane departure (default pick up time). • Please reconfirm the activity with your Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby.It is the customer's responsibility to advise the driver about the right terminal of departure at the time of transfer. • Kindly make sure that you have booked the infant seat if you have a child below 5 years. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Over sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. This operator requires you to contact them directly prior to this tour/activity.

Pickup Information
