Redemption Instructions

• No need to show voucher / No need to show tickets. You will show any ID and sign the attendance sheet to be given by the tourguide. Pick up from hotel is free if hotel is located within the city center. If hotel is out of town an extra pick up charge applies. Please inform if you are coming from the cruise ship. You may inform us the time of the ships arrival and departure time to be back at the ship. You may also contact us to request for private tour however there is a price difference you will add if you want to upgrate from shared tour to private for your group tour. • Not recommended for participants with serious medical conditions • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Each traveler is allowed   1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage such as boards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if you have excess luggage.
