For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• Pickup time within 0-40 min of your selected time as per your location. • Please provide your preferred means of communication (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone Call) and your hotel room number, if known.* (We will have to communicate with you in case of any pickup time changes Due to city traffic ) • Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter • Please note, if you have a flight on the day of the tour then please inform the supplier the day before. • The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times.

Pickup is available from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman city, from Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid), Pickup from Jabel Ali or Bab Al Shams only with a private option. Note that the pickup will be 45 minutes prior to your booked time depending on your location.
