Over sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • “Please note that passengers flying Business or First Class may exit the Airport Terminal through a different gate. Should you be travelling Business or First Class, please inform us at the time of making booking“

Dubai Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3 Departure Point: After collecting your luggage on the belt and pass the customs points, you will be met by (Odyssey DMC) uniformed airport representative who will be waiting with a paging board with the Lead Passenger's name.All (Odyssey DMC) Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an (Odyssey DMC) Logo.
