Redemption Instructions

• If your Cruise is delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance, please call / whats app Odyssey DMC ( +971 56 504 0565) or email bookings@odysseydmc.com and update the details. • Please reconfirm the activity with your Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • Our staff will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name outside Cruise Terminal. • Kindly make sure that you have booked the infant seat if you have a child below 5 years. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Over sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

You friendly driver will meet you in front of the Cruise terminal waiting with a paging board with the Lead Passenger's name.
