Redemption Instructions

Pickup time will be between 45-minutes before the selected start-time. All guests are requested to be ready for pick-up at their hotel lobby or room. Once your driver arrives, he will come inside the lobby to collect you. If there is any change you will be notified by email as per your hotel location. A few things to remember to bring on the tour: • Hats, camera & sunscreen • Beach towels and swimwear • Light sweater during the winter months • Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer • Guests are also recommended to wear covered footwear during the hotter months Please note that temperatures can be cool from November to February and extremely hot from June to September, so casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended, along with a light sweater in the winter months.
