Redemption Instructions

Pick-Up Information & Timing Pick-up Window: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM from your Dubai hotel or designated location. Drop-off: Approximately 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Outside Dubai Pick-up: Locations such as Nad Al Sheeba, Bab Al Shams, Sharjah, Jebel Ali, or Ajman may be available with a surcharge. Please confirm this at the time of booking. Important Notes Exact pick-up time varies depending on your hotel location and season (summer or winter). Please stay updated with your local tour operator. For tour reconfirmation, kindly contact us via WhatsApp with your BR Code at: +971 50 141 0749. Guests are advised to have an active WhatsApp number and to stay connected for updates regarding any revised timings.

Pickup Information

✅ Hotel Pickup & Drop-off is included from anywhere in Dubai. Please provide your hotel details and whatsapp number when booking. Important Note: Pick-up times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions. ✈️ Airport Pickup: Direct pickup from Dubai Airport is not available. Guests near the airport are requested to go to the nearest airport hotel (e.g., Premier Inn Dubai Airport Hotel) for pickup. ️ Port Pickup: Available for cruise guests. Please provide your cruise ship name and terminal number at booking. ⏰ Pick-up Timing: Winter (Nov – Feb): 1:30 PM – 2:30PM Summer (Mar – Oct): 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM (may be adjusted slightly later, up to 4:00 PM, depending on your hotel location). Exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the tour day. Please contact the local tour operator in advance. Children Policy: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infant rates apply if they do not require a separate seat.
