Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
A map & video directions can be found on our website, you can find that link on your Viator ticket under "Special Instructions." We meet at Gate 1 Docks A-D Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to find the gate. We are unable to hold the boat if your running late.

For our address, marina map, detailed description, information and video of the marina parking lot and meeting point cut and paste this link in your phone browser: https://www.sandiegosailingexperiences.com/directions The marina is big! Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to find the gate. We are not able to hold the boat for guests that are running late. Due to Coast Guard regulations, each person regardless of age MUST have a ticket. Extra person's regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding. If you need to contact us by phone, our office hours are 12 p.m. until the sunset sail departure time. We are at sea most of the day and can't always answer the phone, but we will get back to you. You can also text us. 619.292.8283 When combining reservations, reach out to us directly at sail@sandiegosailingexperiences.com. We will do our best to accomodate pairing up mixed groups, but may not be able to due to strict Coast Guard regulations regarding passenger capacity per boat.
