Complimentary pickup is available from Dubai city hotels, apartments, and Cruise terminal Dubai ( Port Rashid ). Pickup from Dubai Airport available from Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available with an additional fee.

Tour duration is fixed for any tour/activity but the drop off may be later or sooner the mentioned timings. Depending on the traffic of the city, the drop off may take more than 30-45 minutes of the specified time.
