Redemption Instructions

Please advise the operator as soon as possible of your ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Tour operator is not responsible for verifying cruise schedule and no refund will be given for missed excursions. Please plan accordingly. All guests must be able to swim comfortably and capably in an open water environment without assistance. Minimum age 10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Taxi fees are not included in cost of excursion and are paid to taxi driver directly. Additional fee of $50 per person charged day of for optional second dive. Divers are advised to allow a minimum of 24 hours between diving and flying. Non-certified divers (students & Discover Scuba Diving participants) will be required to complete a standard Diver Medical Questionnaire on arrival and are also advised to review ahead of time for any health conditions that may require a doctor's written pre-approval. Operator must have a minimum of 3 participants in order to run the trip. In the event we do not meet this minimum, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
