- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Please meet us at Kewalo Basin at our Retail Store at least 30 mins prior to departure.
Redemption Instructions
Must pass MEDICAL FORM or provide physicians note. https://www.padi.com/sites/default/files/documents/padi-courses/2.1.5%20rstc%20medstate%20v201.pdf Must provide a valid email address. • Must not be flying within 24 hours of dive time. • Not recommended for pregnant women. • Minimum age 12 years old. • DISCOVER Scuba Divers MUST be able to answer a medical questionnaire before diving. • All passengers MUST sign the boat waiver before boarding the boat. • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. • Price and product subject to availability. • Dive Oahu has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled dive will result in forfeit of payment.
