For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
For hotel pick up please provide your hotel name in the booking notes. We will pick up and bring you to our main shop on Bang bao pier before we leave on the boat. The pick up times are between 7:45 to 8.50 am depending location of the hotel.
Redemption Instructions
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time
