For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
You will need to arrive 30 minutes early. We also have plenty of free parking. Also, you need to sign the digital waiver before arrival. Please call or email us after your booking to get the digital waiver/pre-arrival form.
Redemption Instructions
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early at 360 South Camino Del Rio, PARK IN BACK, and look at your confirmation email from DurangoRivertrippers for full details. DO NOT MEET at our sales kiosk. • Dress ready to go for a swim or the beach - bathing suit, non-cotton, no denim preferred • Wear sturdy footwear - tennis shoes, water shoes, chacos etc. (no flip flops please) We rent river shoes! • No backpacks or bags on the raft - if you don't want to lose it, don't bring it on the river • Adventures depart regardless of weather
