Meeting and Pickup
TURIVE kiosk, located on Calle larga de l'Ascension, near the St. Mark's Post Office, behind Correr Museum.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the indicated departure time. At the tour departure point you will meet a TURIVE representative who will check your vouchers and give information to do the tour. If you choose the tour departing at 11:45, there will be a break of approximately 45 minutes between the visit to the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica (Doge's Palace 11:45 - 13:00; St. Mark's Basilica 13:45 - 14:45). Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to St. Mark’s Basilica. The Procuratoria di San Marco reserves the right to PROHIBIT VISITS and access to the basilica at any time, without notice for reasons of force majeure (e.g. high water), safety reasons, religious services not specified on the calendar, state visits. When possible, you will be immediately notified of such changes together with other ways to use the service. To visit St Mark's Basilica it is necessary to dress appropriately (no shorts, vests or tops) and backpacks are not allowed for safety reasons. COLLECTIVE TOUR there might be other participants on the tour with you. Please make sure to arrive on time so you don't miss out! We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or credits for late arrivals or no-shows. On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay an access fee.
