Sometimes the weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the route as it includes a boat trip (this will be determined by the person in charge). In this case the client can request to change the activity to another date if there is availability or request the full refund of the amount.

It is also possible that the person in charge considers it necessary to change the route of the excursion or to restrict certain activities just before the departure or during the development of the excursion (the decision of the employer, as an expert professional, is not subject to discussion).
