if there are travelers with back problems, pregnant travelers, travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions, please get the private land cruiser so we can provide you dunes drive instead of dunes bashing

A moderate level of physical fitness is recommended.

Please eat lightly 2–3 hours before dune bashing to help prevent motion sickness.

Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended, especially for self-drive activities.

Quad biking is self-driven and entirely at the participant’s own risk. Any damage, injury, or loss is not covered.

All safaris are conducted by licensed captains using insured 4x4 vehicles equipped with seat belts, roll bars, GPS tracking, and a first-aid kit.

Comfortable clothing is advised: light outfits in summer and a jacket for winter evenings.

Henna painting is optional; guests with sensitive skin are advised to avoid it.

Pickup takes place within 45 minutes before your selected time. Summer schedules may be adjusted for safety, and guests will be informed in advance.

During Ramadan, some entertainment may be restricted, typically limited to the fire show only.

Children under 12 years must ride camels accompanied by an adult.

All activities are weather-dependent. In case of cancellation, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
