Day trip from Dublin to Ireland’s remote and rugged west coast to see the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and Galway City. Enjoy the unique benefit of a dedicated Tour Guide and a separate Driver for the day. The Driver concentrates on your safety and the Guide on your comfort and entertainment. There is a rest stop on route to the Cliffs of Moher and upon arrival you receive a premium ticket to visit and enjoy every aspect of what the site has to offer with 2 hours visiting time. Then travel along part of the Wild Atlantic Way coast and enjoy a coastal stop in the Burren (IF WEATHER PERMITS), a unique limestone landscape famous for its flourishing plant life. Upon arriving in Galway City your Guide will offer you a free guided tour of the city, it's optional to join or just enjoy free time to wander this charismatic city yourself. On tour hear tales about Irish history, culture, stories some Irish music will be played with some guides playing their instruments on the coach.
Meeting and Pickup
Second pickup location: Bus Stop, 33 College Green, Dublin 2, D02 DD76. (next to Hawksmoor Restaurant) The guide will have the manifest of passengers names and the coach will be grey in colour with a silver company logo of a dog. Departure time 7 AM. (please be there at least 10 minutes prior).
End Point
Coach will return to Dublin City at approximately 7.40 PM (depending on traffic and departure time in Galway - after guaranteed 2 hour stop there). Drop off is on D'Olier Street, 100 metres from O'Connell Bridge and near Trinity College and Temple Bar.

1. Departure from: 6:55 AM at Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin, 23 Upper O'Connell Street OR 7:00 AM at Bus Stop, 33 College Green, Dublin 2, D02 DD76. (next to Hawksmoor Restaurant) Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure smooth boarding. Have your voucher ready, either printed or on your phone. Look out for a grey bus with WILD ROVER TOURS clearly marked on the side. We look forward to welcoming you aboard!

3. Arriving at the Cliffs of Moher just before 11 AM, your experience begins with fast-track entry as your guide hands you your Visitor Centre ticket. Take a moment to grab a coffee or a light snack, then head out for an unforgettable walk along the dramatic Atlantic Ledge. With breathtaking cliffside views, diverse wildlife, and ever-changing light, it's a photographer’s dream. Your expert guide will point out the most scenic vantage points and offer insider tips on the best photo spots based on the season and sunlight. You'll have a full two hours to explore—30 minutes more than any other day tour from Dublin—giving you plenty of time to soak in the beauty without feeling rushed. While you’re off exploring, rest easy knowing your belongings are safe on the coach, with your seat reserved for the day. This is more than just a visit—it's a chance to fully experience one of Ireland’s most iconic natural wonders.
4. From the Cliffs of Moher, the tour continues onto Galway City. The route taken follows the Wild Atlantic Way which is the coastal route from County Clare into County Galway. You will be travelling through the Burren National Park and during this part of the tour your guide will entertain you with music, stories of folklore, history art and culture.

In the event of road closure on the coastal road we will take the Cork Screw route from the Cliffs towards Galway. On this route, you will see The Burren's Unique Landscape (photo stop included IF WEATHER PERMITS) and views along The Wild Atlantic Way. The Burren is renowned for its remarkable assemblage of plants and animals, over 70% of Ireland's species of flowers are found there. The region supports Arctic–alpine and Mediterranean Basin plants side-by-side, due to the unusual environment.

7. Arriving in the centre of Galway City at approximately 2.30 PM, we park right in the middle of the city close to Eyre Square. Your tour guide offers all passengers a complimentary walking tour of the Galway which typically takes around 20 minutes. Visiting places such as the Spanish Arch and Lynch's Castle, the walking tour is a popular addition to the itinerary, particularly as the centre of Galway is pedestrianised. The walking tour is optional, many passengers prefer to spend their time in Galway at their own discretion. The place has a wonderful musical and vibrant reputation. Lots of craft shops, small family stores and numerous little artisan cafes. Why not enjoy local fish and chips fresh from the Atlantic at a local food venue. Your guide is there to direct and help. Overnighting in Galway is possible. Depending upon availability- a free return seat to Dublin can be requested for another day. Rest stops included on route to the Cliffs and back to Dublin- no bathrooms on board.
