Redemption Instructions

• Let us know your room number after you have checked in at the hotel. • Show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone to the staff of Ao Nang Travel & Tour. • Bring a towel, swimwear, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip-flops and a camera. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Get a free hotel round-trip from Phuket Town, Patong, Kata, Karon and Chalong. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you stay in Bangtao, Kamala, Naihan, Surin Beach, Rawai, Sapam and Laem Hin, there is an extra charge of 200 THB per person. If you stay in Ao Yon, Ao Sane, Baan Krating, Cape Panwa, Layan, Naiyang and Naithon, there is an extra charge for a round trip transfer of 2000 THB/group (max. 10 people) If you stay in Mai Khao, JW Marriott & Ao Por, there is an extra charge for a round trip transfer of 2600 THB/group (max. 10 people) If you stay at another location please come to the meeting point at Ao Nang Travel & Tour office at Rassada Port in the south of Phuket Town 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
