Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

We will take care of handing you entrance tickets to the attractions, otherwise we will give you specific instructions for the purchase of the tickets. Our staff will provide you with the necessary assistance in case of doubts or problems.

Pickup Information

Check the pickup list when booking to see if your accommodation is included among the pickup points. If you are not listed, choose “After I decide” or “My hotel is not listed” and after booking tell us where you are staying. We will inform you if we can pick you up directly, or the nearest alternative.
