All guests must declare their accurate weight at time of booking to ensure safe loading of our aircraft. All guests will be weighed at the airport and may be refused boarding if their weight is over the declared weight and no refunds will be provided. Due to individual seat limitations on the aircraft, we cannot carry passengers weighing 120 kg or greater.

Pickup Information

We pick up approximately 7.45am from most hotels and motels in Derby, however we are unable to collect guests from Air BnB's or private residences.

The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining our tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctors approval prior to travel.
